This is my dragon castle where no bad guys can get in.  I made it all myself.  Mwahhahaha!

I love these photos Brad took of us with the sunshine peeking over Leo's head.

Leo just had his 4 month check up and he weighed in at 16 lbs.  His height was in the 90th percentile and his weight was in the 68th percentile.  He actually grew 2 inches in the last 2 months, even our doctor was surprised.  I can't wait until the boys are big enough to gang up on their dad, he's really got it coming.

San Juan Lupton Family Vacation 2010

One of my goals for this year was to make time for family vacations. Most of the trips have been camping, mostly because camping is fairly inexpensive and so this past weekend we went camping in the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington State.

This is us waiting to load the car on the ferry which you can see in the distance. We were actually the last car in line. A lot of people get out of their cars and walk around while waiting.

After an hour ferry ride we arrive on Orcas Island and camped at Doe Bay Retreat. Jacob is trying to woo me back into camping so he chose a place with actual hot showers. It even had really awesome hot tubs, which we never seemed to have time to use. Ollie took this photo of me ready to enjoy the ham, egg & cheese crossiant that Jacob made for breakfast (nice wooing -breakfast is my favorite meal of the day).

One of the many trails at Doe Bay, some sections even had tiny lights for night use. It's amazing how Ollie can spot a bug in a sea of rocks.

The tide went out and we found this brightly colored starfish.

We were only in one little section of the beach but found so much sea life. Here are some sea creatures, as Ollie likes to call them, that we found.

After exploring the beach we went to have lunch at the Doe Bay Cafe located at the retreat. Jacob ordered the quinoa & blackbean cakes.

Ollie ordered the cheese pizza.

And I had an amazing burrito! Most of the vegetable were grown in their garden which was just a few steps away from our campsite.

Someone from the retreat left this on our picnic table. Inside were juicy blackberries! And we did have them on our oatmeal along with peaches, apples and cinnamon - Jacob wooing me again.

We visited the Farmer's Market on the Island. This salmon was caught that morning and was about $5 a pound, I still can't believe it was so cheap.

You could have wood fired pizza at the Farmer's Market baked in a converted horse trailer.

A beautiful sculpture in town.

Orcas Island is practically covered in deer, with no natural predators they've just thrived. They're also very use to seeing people and the people are use to fencing off any green plant they don't want eaten.
